Perfectionism may seem like a positive trait, but it is often accompanied by unhelpful expectations that make it difficult to get started or persevere with a project.

This session will help participants to identify when perfectionism is getting in the way of their productivity and personal growth and develop strategies for overcoming a perfectionist mindset.
