Our habits occupy a significant proportion of our day-to-day activities. How we sleep, eat, socialise, work and study are all largely determined by our daily habits, some of which may be useful, whilst others may be harmful.
Developing positive habits can therefore be a powerful way of making significant lifestyle changes. This workshop takes participants through a step-by-step process of identifying positive habits that they would like to adopt and implementing measures designed to help stick to them.
