In our four hour session we’ll look into leadership and the easy to spot pitfalls that highlight when it’s not working. Is the landscape of leadership changing? Make sure you know how your style fits into the workplace and explore the areas of your leadership skills. We’ll also analyse behaviours of a good leader and begin to understand what emotional intelligence is and how self-aware we really are.
