Each session will be run by a different sports team; A real event for students by your fellow SU members! This session will be run by the Dance Club, teaching in the style of commercial/street. This session is suitable for complete beginners, so come give it a try!

Come to all sessions for absolutely free or take a chance and just try one, as we work out together to classic Sub Zero club bangers.

To attend at home: Live stream and join in via Zoom this link 

To attend in person: Buy your refundable ticket to secure your spot in person. When you go to pay you will be asked to purchase a free Blades membership, you must do this to join.

Please note to enhance your experience it is essential that you bring a phone that already connected to Eduroam and some headphones (ideally Bluetooth as you are exercising, but anything is fine). That way you’ll be able to hear the music and instructions!
