Registration - Colchester Campus

We can't wait for you to join our University of Essex family. But, to become an official student, you'll need to register first.

You can start your University registration online from early September but every new student must also attend registration on campus in the Essex Sport Arena. It’s how we know you’ve arrived and are ready to start your course, so don’t miss it!

When you register, you become an official member of the University of Essex and you’ll receive your student ID card, giving you full access to our facilities and services. You’ll need to register at the right time for your department and course, so make sure you look at your registration schedule to see when you and your classmates are due to register.

 Your registration session will also appear in your calendar on Pocket Essex our official University of Essex app.

Registration at Colchester campus runs from Tuesday 1 to Friday 4 October.
