Britain has been hit by flash floods and the government aren’t doing anything to help.

Only when the prestigious Eton College is threatened by the rising tides do the government finally step into action. Protect Eton or there will be necessary sacrifices!

So with the help of a group of mismatched individuals, the Deputy Prime Minister, David, steps into action to keep the people from knowing about the controversial flood plan.

If not, society itself could crumble… like a biscuit.
