Mood Boost

Understand what might be affecting your mood and discover ways to manage your emotions

Feeling down and not sure why? Looking for ways to manage? This course might help you.

  • Learn new skills to help you manage your emotions
  • Try out these new skills and put them into practice
  • Start to build long-term habits to support your emotional and mental health

The course is run as a group, but don’t worry – there are no requirements to share details of your own life. We have ground rules of confidentiality, respect, and no pressure.
