This talk is presented by Tony Saggers, former senior police officer with National Crime Agency and Serious Organised Crime Agency.
He explores the relationship between casual drug users and organised crime groups, plus misconceptions regarding the innocent nature of choices to consume 'leisure drugs’.
The Speaker
Tony has 30 years of investigation, court evidence, intelligence and covert operations experience. He has a global speaking portfolio, has authored and co-ordinated national strategies, working in over 30 countries, leading on complex multi-agency national and international collaborations.
