Grab a plate, have a chat, make some friends!
From 4-7pm we're welcoming students to campus with a barbecue in Square 4. You can grab a tasty burger, hot dog or veggie burger for just £1 and £3 for family members or any other guests. Money raised will go to charity and you get the vote for the one you want it to be donated to.
Throughout arrivals day you'll have the chance to meet other new students. We'll have some garden games and prizes to win, so come and join us!

From Accommodation Arrivals day, right through Welcome week, we have loads planned including activities on the University squares as well as talks, workshops, arts, cultural and sports activities.

Fancy a cuppa, lunch or a drink with new friend? Across Colchester campus there are cafes, restaurants and bars, all open to students. These cater to suit all tastes and include a number of non-alcoholic venues.
