ePAD

The electronic Practice Assessment Document (ePAD) is an online platform that enables students, clinical staff and academic staff to access practice assessment documentation digitally.

The ePAD launched for student and apprentice nurses, nursing associates and physiotherapists in October 2023. Students from Occupational Therapy, Oral Health, Speech and Language Therapy, and Social Work will launch in October 2024.

This page includes resources and guidance for students, practice staff and academics. If you require further support, please contact us.

External Practice Staff

Those without an existing ePAD account will receive an email with a username and activation link once a student has completed a Practice Assessor or Supervisor allocation form within the ePAD. Once the practice staff have done the initial account set up, they will be able to view all student ePADs linked to their account.
