Fully funded cybersecurity and AI support for your business

Access fully funded consultancy from University of Essex cyber and AI experts, designed to help eligible SMEs improve resilience, adopt technology securely and unlock long-term business value.

Cyber Innovate to Elevate, known as CItE, is a fully funded innovation programme for eligible small and medium-sized businesses across mid and south-east Suffolk and north Essex.

Benefits of CItE to your business

CItE gives businesses selected for the programme access to hands-on expert support from the University of Essex to explore cybersecurity and AI innovation projects that could make your organisation more secure, efficient and competitive.

There is no cash contribution required to take part. If your project is selected, the programme will fund eligible project costs, including University staff time, expert input, travel and some project-related equipment.

Whether you want to reduce cyber risk, improve how your team uses data, explore AI adoption or develop more secure digital systems, CItE can help you move from idea to action with expert execution and practical outputs.
