Abellio Greater Anglia train season ticket

A 10% discount for staff is available on monthly tickets when travelling to campus by train on Abellio Greater Anglia trains.

How to buy your season ticket

Call Abellio Greater Anglia on 0345 600 7245.
Select option three and then option two.
Once through, you'll be asked to provide:
- Name, contact number and address
- Name of employer (quote 'Essex County Council Accreditation Scheme')
- Journey details
- Rail photocard number (if held), otherwise a new one will be sent with your first ticket (a passport photo is required to validate rail photocard)

It may take up to five days for it to arrive in the post, and you'll be required to make payment via debit/credit card.

Additional benefits

When purchasing an annual season ticket staff are also eligible for 34% discount on off-peak travel which includes £1 travel for an accompanying child (valid after 10am Monday-Friday and anytime at weekends and public holidays).

c2c train season ticket

A 10% discount for staff is available on travel to work season tickets when travelling to campus by train on c2c.

How to buy your season ticket

You will need to apply for a c2c Smartcard to make use of the discount. Order a c2c Smartcard on the c2c website.
To receive the discount on season tickets, you will need to submit your details by completing the online form.
You will then receive a unique PIN to use when ordering your tickets online.

Additional benefits

Exclusively to c2c Smartcard, c2c automatically repay you anytime your train is delayed by more than two minutes.

A bonus to buying online with the c2c Smartcard is that you can collect c2c Smartcard loyalty points every time you travel.
