Poll Everywhere

Poll Everywhere allows participants to anonymously answer questions by using a smartphone app, browser based response page, or by text.

Poll Everywhere is a good way to interact with your audience and can also:

• engage people in a group who may otherwise be reluctant to enter into discussion
• kick-start a discussion based on responses
• get instant responses to multiple choice questions (and can be integrated into slide shows)

Poll Everywhere accounts

University of Essex Poll Everywhere presenter accounts are available for all staff with University login credentials.

Log in and create an account

1. Go to the Poll Everywhere login
2. Type in your email address, click Next
3. Click Login with University of Essex.

Please note

• Don't create a new account with your University email address as this will not be connected to our site license.
• Participants and students do not need to login or register.
• Poll Everywhere should only be used with University of Essex staff and students, and not for public or other external surveys
