The IT Helpdesk is your first point of contact for support with IT services.

Our support hours are 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Excludes University closure days.

Urgent support if you are teaching

If you're teaching or about to teach and need urgent IT support, you can:

  • Colchester Campus: call 3220 using the University telephone in the room.
  • Southend and Loughton Campus: contact the IT Helpdesk.
