The IT Helpdesk is your first point of contact for support with IT services.

Our support hours are 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Excludes University closure days.

Loughton Library and IT Center, Hatfields Library staff are able to assist with basic queries, such as access to eduroam and password changes. 
Check opening hours for availability.

Training courses

We provide IT training courses online and in the classroom.

Online video training courses are available on LinkedIn Learning (sign in with your Essex IT account). LinkedIn Learning is an online educational platform that helps you discover and develop business, technology-related, and creative skills through expert-led course videos.

Audio and visual support for events

We provide audio and visual support for conferencing and events. Service charges (.pdf) may apply for some events. Please contact us to discuss support for an event.
