Online and phone support is available Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (UK time), except on University closure days.

In-person support

Drop in at your local IT Helpdesk for face-to-face support for staff and students:

If something goes wrong with IT or AV equipment during a lecture or class, use the phone in the room to contact our specialist audiovisual (AV) support team:
