Book a room for hybrid meetings
- Set your meeting up with all attendees by using the appointments in Outlook.
- Select Scheduling Assistant to add the attendees, then click Add Rooms.

- Type Zoom in the search box and select the room that best meets your needs.

- The name gives the number of seats [11 VC] – the room may hold more but this is the maximum recommended number.
- Add a Zoom link to the invite and send the meeting invite.

- You will automatically receive back a confirmation telling you that the room is awaiting approval. Once approved, you are good to go.
