Hybrid meetings

Book a room for hybrid meetings

  1. Set your meeting up with all attendees by using the appointments in Outlook.
  2. Select Scheduling Assistant to add the attendees, then click Add Rooms.

  3. Type Zoom in the search box and select the room that best meets your needs.

  4. The name gives the number of seats [11 VC] – the room may hold more but this is the maximum recommended number.
  5. Add a Zoom link to the invite and send the meeting invite.

  6. You will automatically receive back a confirmation telling you that the room is awaiting approval. Once approved, you are good to go.
