Biography
Dr Wenjuan Zeng is a Lecturer in Business Analytics at the University of Essex, Essex Business School. She completed her PhD at Cardiff Business School in 2022. Wenjuan's research interests cover two primary areas: Operations Management and Data Analytics. Her previous research has focused on green innovation, supply chain quality management, supply chain risk management, and business analytics in the retail industry. To carry out her research, Wenjuan employs various methods, including survey, case study, fsQCA, sentiment topic (JST) and latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA) topic modelling techniques. She has published works in journals such as Production Planning & Control, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services. Additionally, Wenjuan has successfully attracted British Academy fund for the project on "Do organization's risk perception and governance impact digital transformation? An experimental approach in the UK manufacturing sector" in 2023.
