Biography
As Head of Quality and Development my remit covers academic quality and standards across all forms of course provision, including that delivered by or with collaborative academic partnerships, and the oversight of external regulatory frameworks for higher education courses. I act as the professional services contact for the QAA and for the TEF. Prior to working at Essex I had a career as a conference organiser working in public and private sector organisations, including the Royal College of General Practitioners and EMAP Communications.
