Profile

Biography

As an experienced educator I place students at the very centre of my teaching. I firmly believe that all students regardless of background should have the same opportunities for a transformational education through innovative assessment portfolios and and feedback processes. I am an Accredited Psychological Coach working with clients on gaining the clarity needed to take bold and brave decisions. My approach is the evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Coaching approach which allows my clients to examine not only their thinking but also the impact their emotions have on their performance or well-being. I specialise in Leadership and Career Coaching. Working with Leaders and their teams provides opportunities to establish shared values and work on the psychological safety needed to thrive at work whilst at the same time deliver for the organisation. I deliver Academic Coaching Conversation training to academics to support the personal tutoring offering and help the students being active participants in their own learning.
