Biography

I began my HR career in the Professional Services sector before joining the University in September 2016. In my role as Faculty Employee Relations Adviser, I support both managers and staff with a wide range of people-related matters. I am passionate about working collaboratively with departments to create positive working environments that enhance wellbeing and job satisfaction. A key part of my role is promoting fairness and consistency across the University, while ensuring colleagues feel informed, supported, and confident about their rights, benefits, and shared values.

Qualifications

  • 2:1 BSc Sociology Loughborough University (2013)

  • CIPD Level 3 Diploma in Human Resource Practice Suffolk New College (2015)

  • MSc with Distinction - Human Resource Management University of Essex (2020)
