I started at the University in September 2016 after starting my HR career in the Professional Services sector.
My current role as Employee Relations Adviser involves advising managers in relation to a range of people and policy issues, as well as pro-actively working with departments to provide information and advice to maximise employee job satisfaction and well-being.
This involves ensuring fair treatment of staff by ensuring consistent standards across the University as well as signposting our employee rights, benefits and shared values.
