Biography

Amy holds a degree in Sports Therapy from the University of Bedfordshire and brings a strong background in sports therapy and clinical physiotherapy support across both professional sport and healthcare settings. She previously worked as Lead Sports Therapist at Southend Football Club, where she led injury prevention, rehabilitation, and player recovery programmes within a high-performance environment. Amy also gained valuable clinical experience as a Physiotherapy Assistant at Darent Valley Hospital, supporting outpatient services and hydrotherapy sessions to aid patient recovery and mobility. With a passion for rehabilitation, wellbeing, and evidence-based practice, Amy is dedicated to supporting others in achieving optimal physical health and performance.
