Ask me about
  • Placements and Work Based Learning

I work with a number of schools and departments to develop curriculum based work placements and work-related projects for students to enhance their employability. I develop partnerships with a diverse range of local and national employers, creating opportunities for undergraduates and postgraduates. I also work with students to identify their employability needs and with academics to explore areas for curriculum development. I graduated from the University of Central England and worked as a Radiographer and Training Officer in the British Army for 16 years, serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. After leaving the forces I managed a Radiology Department in a private hospital before joining the University in February 2015.
