Biography

I am the manager of the Health, Wellbeing and Care Hub manager which is a state-of-the-art centre designed to improve health and wellbeing across our region delivering innovative services, training, and research that make a real difference. I bring over ten years specialist experience in operational delivery, commissioning, transformational change and policy creation with the healthcare sector, at a national and local level. Known for my passion to drive improvement and innovation to enable consistent delivery of measurable results for the communities I serve. My skillset includes service delivery, programme management, policy development, senior level stakeholder management, and the execution of highly complex projects. I lead and empower multidisciplinary teams, help them manage risk, and ensure performance targets are achieved. I thrive in dynamic environments where I can actively bring about sustainable improvements a help shape the future of services.
