This session will be 1.5 hours long, and will provide an opportunity for Edge Hotel School colleagues to share their research with CWOS.

  • Adrian Martin (30 mins) – Adrian will introduce the history of EHS, and will then discuss his own research on complaint behaviour in restaurants.
  • Philip Berners and Rishabh Gupta (10 mins) - Phil and Rish will talk about their KTP with Constellation and possible future KTPs.
  • Whitney Vernes (10 mins) – Whitney will share details of her past research and future projects.
  • Mostafa Marghany (10 mins) - Mostafa will share details of past research and future projects as well as PhD research in EHS.
  • Jennifer Chang (10 mins) - Jenny will talk about her research for her PhD as a staff member in EHS.

The final 20 mins will be spent in Q&A.
