In this talk Paola will discuss "Firm Dynamics and Sectoral Heterogeneity: Evidence from Local Banking Deserts".

Speaker

Professor Paola Brighi is a Full Professor at the University of Milan and previously worked at the University of Bologna. She obtained her Ph.D. in Political Economy from the Università Politecnica delle Marche. She is a member of the editorial board of two scientific journals and published in leading international journals in banking and finance, book chapters, and books, covering the following research areas: relationship banking, cooperative credit, environmental sustainability and climate risk, governance, and credit risk.

During her research activity, she collaborated with several universities, including the University of Essex (UK) and the University of Wisconsin (USA). She has extensive ongoing training experience, both as a learner and as a lecturer (ABI, NedCommunity, etc.), on the most recent European regulations in the fields of LOM, Risk Culture, RDARR, DORA, etc. Throughout her academic career, she has held several institutional roles and numerous international positions.
