In this talk Igor will discuss "Leveraging to Lend: A Theory of Lax Credit".

Speaker

Dr Igor Makarov is an Associate Professor of Finance in London School of Economics. He obtained his Ph.D. from MIT Sloan School of Management. He currently serves as Associate Editor of the Journal of Finance. His research interests are cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance, financial markets, and asset pricing. His research has been published in leading finance journal such as Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics and Review of Financial Studies.
