Build on the knowledge and skills acquired this academic year with the EBS UG Summer 2024 Workshops Programme. Throughout May, we will be hosting a series of in-person and online workshops to consolidate your learning and prepare you for next academic year.

Workshops are interactive and based around learning through activities. You’ll see these via your online timetable shortly.

Topics covered in these workshops are:

  • Numeracy - for assessment centres; basic statistical concepts
  • Digital – Excel for managing and analysing data
  • Entrepreneurship – ‘Make me an entrepreneur’ with Essex Startups
  • Sustainability for business
  • Careers – CVs, LinkedIn, Sustainability in Careers
  • LinkedIn Learning - AI applications in business
  • Skills for working in a ‘Global Village’ – intercultural communication and competence
