Chaplaincy at Essex is a service that can help you find your feet - you don't need to have a faith to chat to a chaplain.
Sara, one of the chaplains, will be in the Greenhouse having a coffee - and if you'd like to talk about anything that's bothering you, she'll be happy to listen.
