Worries holding you down? Come to the Square 4 self-care stall between 1pm and 4pm, write your worries on a plate, and smash it! Then stick around for a chat with our dedicated volunteers.
Have you considered yoga? Join our FREE yoga session in The In-Between from 2-3pm. We have 14 yoga mats you can book online, or you can just turn up with your own mat.
Love dogs? Join us and Essex Therapy Dogs in Square 5 for a cuddle with their wonderful trained therapy dogs from 1:30pm to 4:30pm.
We know how stressful university is for many people and sometimes, it's the little things that help. But if you need something more, maybe this will help.
