Connection Cafe: Badge Making

Join us in the Art Exchange every Wednesday across the Autumn term to meet others, take a lunch break, and try out some different activities.

Residence Life are launching a weekly Connection Cafe in the Art Exchange!

The Welcome and Arrivals period is a great time to experience all that Essex has to offer. Here, you can get involved in a range of things on offer, and the activities change weekly!

This week, have a go at:

• watercolour painting
• using fabric pens to customise tote bags, pencil cases, and t-shirts 
• knitting and crochet
• mindful colouring
• badge-making (including pronoun badges)
• making door tags to display on your accommodation door

The Art Exchange is a great place to spend a lunch break, bring your friends, or meet someone new. Some of our Residents' Assistants will also be around to chat with if you needed any information or advice. 

These are weekly sessions every Wednesday from 12 - 3pm in the Art Exchange and are FREE of charge. All materials supplied so just turn up to have a go any time whilst we're open.
