This one hour crash course presentation will help students prepare for attending assessment centres both online and in person.
An assessment centre is normally the final stage of the selection process and involves completing a range of tasks that are related to the role you’re applying for (e.g. a presentation, group task, case study, interview or networking session). As with interviews, assessment centre preparation is vital. Students will get specific tips on how to prepare for an assessment centre. They will learn more about what is involved and what they can expect.

Who are City Year UK? They are a registered charity, established in 2010, which challenges young people to tackle educational inequality through a year of full-time social action in schools. As volunteer mentors, they become tutors and role models to children from disadvantaged communities, helping with academic attainment, behaviour, attendance and well-being.
