When studying at home, it can be especially difficult to get started working, settle in and remain on task.

Sometimes this is due to procrastination – avoiding studying for one reason or another. This session will explore different perspectives on procrastination and provide guidance on strategies we can use to manage procrastination and reduce its impact on our productivity. You can book onto the session via CareerHub.
