Specialist learning software can be used to assist with many study tasks, including finding sources, taking lecture notes, recording referencing information, essay planning, essay writing and proofreading.

This session explores how we can use free software to build a digital ‘second brain’ to support our learning.

The session has been developed specifically with students with dyslexia and other specific learning difficulties in mind but will be valuable to any student wishing to develop their study practice with learning technologies.
