It’s important to stay connected and share how we’re coping, so this is a good time to talk about how things are going now that we’re in the Spring term.

Come along to a Zoom meeting and have a friendly chat with one of our RA team.

To help with feelings of loneliness and isolation, this online event will let you share your own tips and advice with one another. Don't underestimate the value of peer support, listening and sharing in these uncertain times! What activities have provided inspiration and hope for you during lockdowns? Has it been reading, poetry, or walks? What has helped you feel connected?

This is a great chance to chat to students, and relieve any stress or loneliness we may be feeling. Find out some more resources available to students, like Student Space and Silvercloud. Hosted by RA Ashley (North)

Come along on Saturday 13 February at 7pm. Join with Zoom Meeting ID 979 9408 3576

Remember, all Residence Life programmes are open to both on and off campus students from any location – no booking needed, just log on to Zoom and join the event at the start time. Find out more about using Zoom. If you have any suggestions for upcoming programmes, please email us.
