Join us for this fascinating talk and discussion on the psychodynamics of consulting to organisations with Francesca Cardona.
How to make sense of the complexity of organisational life? How to find a consultancy stance that helps clients understand the sometimes toxic cultures they are working in ? In this talk Francesca Cardona draws on her extensive consultancy experience , including themes explored in her new book whose topics include vulnerable leadership, organisational shame and working with succession. The aim of the talk is to provoke discussion about the dilemmas of consulting and how this might enrich our practice with organisations. This event will draw upon Francesca’s work and her insights into the consultation process. There will be some time for questions and reflection following the presentation.
