Join Curator Sarah Demelo to talk about Harbour in Hills (1928) by Christopher Wood

Curator Sarah Demelo showcases 'Harbour in Hills', painted by Christopher Wood in 1928. The painting was donated to the University of Essex by Jim Ede in 1966.

John Christopher Wood was an English painter born in Knowsley, on 7 April 1901. In 1921 he studied at the Académie Julian in Paris and subsequently travelled widely on the Continent. He died on 21 August 1930.
