Wellbeing Fair

The Residence Life team will be joined from a range of University and external services in the local area to help students look after their wellbeing.

Residence Life wants you to join us for our Wellbeing Fair, giving you the opportunity to learn more about looking after your wellbeing and find out about different services available to help you.

14:00 - Children's Society National Charity supporting young people's wellbeing.  14:15 – Samaritans National charity offering a listening service with a vision that fewer people die by suicide.  14:30 - Mid and North East Essex Mind Local independent charity connected to national charity Mind, supporting those experiencing a mental health problem.  14:45 – CARA Centre for Action on Rape and Abuse supporting victims of sexual violence or child sexual abuse.  15:00 - Next Chapter Domestic Abuse Charity support victims of domestic abuse and offering information about healthy relationships.  15:15 - Health in Mind Service offering mental health support with access to a range of talking therapies.  15:30 - Counselling & SilverCloud Information about the University of Essex Counselling Service and SilverCloud online support tool.  15:45 - Wellbeing Walks Revd Sara Batts-Neale talking about wellbeing walks available on campus.
