Fears surrounding presentations and public speaking are very common and most people feel some anxiety when speaking formally in front of large groups of people. This isn’t necessarily a problem as these feelings can encourage us to take action and prepare. For some people, however, this fear may be more debilitating. Managing these feelings isn’t always easy, but there are steps that can be taken to help reduce this anxiety and improve your confidence over time. This workshop explores how you can begin to address the fear of public speaking and develop confidence when delivering class presentations.
