What do you do for self-care?
Taking care of our wellbeing is so important throughout our time at University, especially as we transition into our own unique experiences of student living and learning. World Mental Health Day is acknowledged annually on the 10th October every year, but it's incredibly important we take time to check in with ourselves all year around so this event comes a day later to prompt us to look after our mental wellbeing through self-care methods.
Our RAs will be hosting an event over Zoom where you can share your best self-care strategies with others, as well as pick up some new ones from others. To help you get started, the Blurt Foundation have a free Self-care Starter Kit available for download.
How do I take part?
