We know keeping active and taking part in sport keeps both the body and the mind healthy, so we want to ensure you still have the opportunity to get involved.
That's why we've put together a variety of online and socially distanced activities to welcome you to sport on campus.
All sessions must be booked in advance, unless otherwise stated.

'Ask Us About... Active Campus' webinar: 1.00-1.30pm
Meet our Sports Development team and find out more about our Active Campus programme, including sport courses, leagues and tournaments, and social sport sessions.
Freestyle Fitness Yoga: 1.10-1.50pm
A fitness based class that incorporates flexibility, strength, yoga postures and disciplines.
Gym Tours: 2.00-2.30pm and 2.30-3.00pm
Come and check out the facilities in a guided tour where our staff will be on hand to answer your questions.
Active Campus Badminton: 2.15-3.00pm
A great opportunity for those new to the sport to come and try badminton, guided by our Essex Sport staff.
Active Campus 3x3 Basketball: 4.15-5.00pm
