Covid-19 has forced companies to suddenly switch to remote working very quickly. For many people this was a massive change to their working life and has thrown up a wide range of issues. However, it has given companies a chance to assess how effective their workforce can be working from home and to understand exactly what can be done outside of the traditional office environment. It is widely expected that this experience will change the face of work forever.
