This is a weekly 30-minute session online, hosted on Zoom by Maria Fernandez.

Ways to Wellbeing: Healthy Back Class

Maria also teaches yoga and offers one to one back pain rehabilitation for the NHS and in the community. For this class a mat may be required if you have a hard floor, please ensure you wear comfortable clothing and conduct this in an open space suitable to conduct stretches.
