CANCELLED: Mindfulness for Exams

Do you want to feel in control of your anxiety? To feel confident during your exams?

In this workshop we will look at developing mindfulness and breathing techniques to help you get your body and mind into a calm state, helping you to relax and focus.

  • Participate in a 50 minute guided mindfulness practice
  • Led by trained mindfulness teacher, Danny Rutter
  • Free of charge
  • To book a place contact Skills for Success or you can drop in on the day (but spaces are limited) you may wish to bring a blanket or cushion for this practice.  
  • Arrive 10 minutes before the session starts

If you are suffering with acute mental illness, anxiety, or have experienced recent trauma, it may not be the best time to try mindfulness practice for the first time.  Do get in touch if you have questions or concerns.
