Conference overview
The purpose of this conference is to help academic staff to support students through providing practical information and best practice examples on topics such as:
- reducing the award gap for ‘BAME’ students
- improving accessibility of teaching and learning for disabled students
- what the University are doing to build an Enabling Environment around mental health
- how inclusive practices can help to build an inclusive environment for all
You will hear from those at the forefront of innovation and thought leadership within the HEI sector, have the opportunity to ask questions to a panel of experts and will be able to attend a range of educational workshops led by student and staff representatives.
The conference will be held at our Colchester campus and will also be live-streamed to Southend and Loughton. All staff members are welcome to attend.
