Supporting you to work at home, stretch out and learn how to keep your back strong and healthy in this weekly 30-minute session run by Maria Fernandez. Maria also teaches Yoga and offers one to one back pain rehabilitation for the NHS and in the community. For this class a mat may be required if you have a hard floor. Please ensure you wear comfortable clothing and conduct this in an open space, suitable for stretches.
