This yoga class will help you pick up some breathing techniques to help deal with anxiety and develop flexibility and strength. Options will be given for beginners and more advanced. Maria teaches yoga and offers one to one back pain rehabilitation for the NHS and in the community. For this class a mat may be required if you have a hard floor. Please ensure you wear comfortable clothing and conduct this in an open space suitable for gentle exercise.
