James Cracknell
Thirty years’ of crisis management in the financial markets has helped James handle the emotional battering that we experience when faced with the unknown and leading people and teams through it. He has handled personal and organisational change many times, has worked in corporate teams, virtual and physically placed, and led a number of startups through difficult and challenging times.

He is Stoic in his philosophy, resilient in his nature and a futurist at heart. He now works with local businesses through the University and local enterprise agency and as a co-founder of The Weave.
