Essex Sport Family Open Day

Get active together

Our first Family Open Day was such a huge success that we've decided to do it all over again, even bigger and better.

On Saturday 7 September between 10am - 3pm, we'll be hosting a range of activities for children aged from three upwards, including Zumbini, tennis, basketball and futsal.

There'll also be plenty of opportunity for adults to get active, too, including Cycle classes, Zumba, Studio Pump and more, as well as drop-in activities you can enjoy as a family.

Plus, there'll be prizes and exclusive offers available on the day!
