Essex Analytics and Data Science Summer School 2019

What to expect: 

With course providers and speakers attending worldwide, immerse yourself and network with influential data science leaders from a range of organisations, including Microsoft, BT, Siemens, Micro Focus, Celtra, and more.

Our great value ticket prices include access to one or two weeks’ worth of courses depending on selection, exclusive attendance to keynotes, tickets to the opening evening reception and to the formal IADS dinner, as well as participation in various social activities, including our novel Summer School Speed Networking session. 

Course content:

Delegates are able to create a tailored programme of study by selecting from a range of introductory, intermediate and advanced courses with topics including Deep Learning, Machine Learning and Big Data. As well as this, our second-week and two-week delegates are given real scenarios from our partner businesses, and tasked with solving these in groups. This provides you with a unique opportunity to apply your data analytics skills within real-life situations, and develop your communication and presentation skills.

Eligibility and applying:

Whilst there are no specific eligibility requirements to book a place on the Summer School, when selecting the courses that make up your programme please pay attention to our recommended prerequisites.
