A regular Yoga practice can improve strength, flexibility, and balance; reduce stress; and provide many therapeutic benefits as well. The workshops will run each Tuesday morning before class and will be delivered by Shaun Amos who is a qualified Yoga teacher.
The sessions are every Tuesday until the 3 July 2019.
All are welcome and the sessions are free of charge.
